Our fee starts from RINGGIT MALAYSIA (MYR) 50 (around USD 10). The actual fee depends on number of relevant drawings required to undertake the task. For example, the fee for quantity measurement of concrete and formworks for beams is MYR50 per sheet of A1 drawing. If there are 3 relevant drawings, then the fee chargeable will be MYR150 calculated by MYR50 x 3. The indicative fee structure is shown in Fee Structure For Measurement Works. Furthermore, the building quantity measurement is based on the Standard Method of Measurement 2 (SMM2).
